Ask a Librarian by E-mail
Email reference is
provided for Trinity University students, faculty, and staff, and for others
inquiring about our library's collections or services. Questions are usually
answered by the next business day (Monday-Friday). (Note
that e-mail works best for brief or short-answer reference questions;
in-depth research assistance is best conducted in person at the Help Desk or
during an appointment with our subject specialists.)

Non-Trinity users with other
questions should consult with their local public library or the
Internet Public Library
email reference service.
Request a Video Lesson
If you would like to see a particular research task demonstrated in the form of a brief online flash video,
fill out the online form. Video lessons use screen-casting technology to provide an animated step-by-step guide to completing an online task, complete with voice narration.
All requests are subject to clarification via phone or email. This
service is limited to current Trinity students.
