In response to student requests, Coates Library has increased evening security by adding electronic door access. After 8 pm Sunday through Thursday, access to the library is limited to those in the Trinity community with a valid Tiger Card ID (see example below). The Library's doors will be electronically locked at 8 pm. Your Tiger Card, when placed against the card reader to the right of the entrance doors, will unlock the door nearest the reader and allow you to enter. Since this is an electronically controlled transaction based on your Tiger Card's information, other forms of ID (driver's licenses, Trinity special researcher cards, etc.) will not permit building access.
