ICPSR
From the University of Michigan, the Inter-University Consortium for
Political and Social Research "maintains and provides access to a vast
archive of social science data for research and instruction, and offers
training in quantitative methods to facilitate effective data use."

Excellent for Supreme Court decisions and legal
reviews, as well as federal regulations and code. Full-text access to over
5,900 news, business, legal, medical, and reference publications. Includes
newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcast transcripts, legal citations, and
more.
World Wide Political Science Abstracts
This is the main database for searching for scholarly, peer-reviewed journals
in political science. It is not full text.
