List of Titles by Department / List of Titles by Call Number

Here you can see a list of titles sorted by department or by call number that are presently on display in the approvals area in the library.  Please contact your liaison librarian with comments or requests about individual titles on this list.  Please be warned that the choices listed at the far right-hand side of each listing are not active links.

To archive this list on your C: or U: drive: Before closing the file, simply left-click on "File," then "Save A Copy."  Name your file and save it to a location you choose.  The current list will be replaced by a new one when the next shipment of approval books is put on display.

The list is arranged by fund name and then by title within each fund.  To go directly to the first title assigned to your fund, use the "find" command on the "edit" menu.  In the resulting dialog box, click on "more" and then check both "match case" and "find whole words only."  Type the fund code in upper case as it appears in the following list.

The fund name corresponds roughly to the department's name.

There are five special funds that are not departmental.  These are AWAR (titles having received an award), REVI (titles reviewed by a select group of publications), UHUM, USCI, and USOC (university press titles falling into the three broad categories of humanities, sciences, and social sciences).
