All Trinity faculty, trustees, staff, students, and dependents who are in good standing with the library are eligible to receive a TexShare card.  This card is honored at many libraries throughout the state, both public and private, and permits borrowing according to the policies set by each institution.  TexShare cards are usually valid for one year from the date of issuance.

All Trinity patrons who borrow from other libraries using the TexShare card assume all responsibility for the materials borrowed, and for paying any incurred fines or fees.  Trinity library patrons who are not in good standing (i.e., owe significant fines or have lost books) at other TexShare libraries may also be blocked from borrowing at Coates library until their accounts are rectified at those institutions.

To obtain a TexShare card, simply bring your Tiger Card to the library's circulation desk and ask to be issued one.
