ILLiad

The Coates Library is pleased to offer an enhanced interlibrary loan service called ILLiad. The ILLiad system has many benefits over the old system:

  • register the first time you use ILLiad, and the system will remember your name, address, preferences for ILL charges and office delivery, and more each time you log on;
  • you may log on to the system from any computer and initiate a request or check your currently pending requests and their status (no more wondering if we've received a request!);
  • maintain a record of your previous requests; find the citation for that item you read a couple of years ago.
